Considering the number of people who were moved around that day, our customers would never have known it was happening because we were able to keep the down-time to a bare minimum. The order, acknowledgments, and installation were smooth and timely. Products were installed as promised and there were no punch items. When everything runs smooth it saves everyone processing time, money, and creates a better experience for the entire team.

I spoke with the users for this project, and they were very happy with the installation, and were very complimentary of Oscar and Edgar. They said they were very accommodating, respectful, and pleasant. I wanted to pass this along, as we usually don’t hear much, so they must have been exemplary for the users to go out of their way to let me know.

The amount of time and effort JD has put into our office with and without us is above and beyond that of normal customer care. We could not be more thankful for him or how beautifully our office turned out. Every person who has walked in here so far is amazed from all the multi-toned desks all the way to the plush customer chairs, you’d never know we did it on the slim budget we had. We will never use anyone else again and will be sure to recommend JD to everyone we come across needing a furniture lender.

We wanted to take the time to thank Dianne Anderson, or sales associate. Matt and Anthony, our installers. They were completely professional, kind and went above and beyond. Dianne checked up on us after the install. She came by to make sure we were satisfied and to see how everything worked in our new office. Matt and Anthony took pride in their jobs, it was refreshing to see employees who care. They even took added measures to make sure our old furniture was protected, as well as our walls when we stored our old furniture.

Jhonny, Oscar, Edgardo, Anthony and MC—all installers helped the install go great.

Michaela has been a joy to work with as well. Very much appreciate the professionalism and care taken by your team to help customers.
