Why OFDC for Entertainment & Hospitality
Hospitality furniture earns its keep on duty cycle. A dining chair gets pulled out, sat in, and pushed back dozens of times a night. A bar stool takes spills and constant wipe-downs. We specify frame construction, upholstery grade, and finishes for that reality first, then make them carry the property brand.
We handle lobby and lounge seating, reception desks, restaurant banquettes, bar seating, dining groupings, and outdoor pool deck pieces. Outdoor and semi-outdoor furniture is specified separately, rated for Southwest Florida sun, humidity, and salt air. Our in-house install team works around guest-facing hours so the space never closes.
We also run a Starnet-certified flooring division. A property that needs patterned carpet tile, luxury vinyl, or hard-surface systems can have both specified by one team, which closes the gaps that open when trades are bought separately.
