OFDC's in-house installation teams — never subcontracted — plan phased rollouts around court calendars, public hours, and department moves, working after-hours and inside facility security protocols so services stay open throughout the project.

Because the same crew that installs the workstations also services the warranty, accountability never changes hands. When a reorganization shifts headcount, we reconfigure existing systems furniture rather than defaulting to full replacement — protecting both the budget and the taxpayer's original investment.
