Perspectives on commercial interiors, workplace design, and the 50-year OFDC story.
Furniture specification decisions get made long before a quote arrives. Here is what our designers evaluate in a manufacturer showroom, and how that evaluation shows up in finished Southwest Florida projects.
Club and restaurant interior design in Southwest Florida means specifying tables, chairs, bar stools, and lounge furniture for spaces that run long hours, high turnover, and heavy daily use, without losing the look members and guests expect.
Healthcare interior design in Fort Myers and Sarasota means planning a practice around Southwest Florida's climate, code, and construction realities, not just choosing furniture. See how OFDC plans local healthcare build-outs from two area showrooms.
Corporate interior design is the planning and outfitting of professional workspaces, from executive suites to open collaboration floors, so the environment supports how a company works and signals who it is.

Government office design is the practice of planning and furnishing public sector workspaces so that they serve staff, serve the public, and satisfy the rules that public buildings live by. Medical office design is the planning and outfitting of a healthcare space so that the building supports care rather than getting in the way of it. It covers the layout of waiting areas, reception, exam and treatment rooms, staff work zones, and back-of-house support, along with the furniture, casework, flooring, lighting, and finishes that fill those spaces.
